Shipping policy
We always do our best to get your order to you as fast and convenient as possible.
- B Moore Gift Wrap Solutions has a 12 to 24 hour order fulfillment time.
- Once order fulfillment is complete we then have a 3 to 5 working days shipping time.
- Over night shipping can be arranged but will be subject to daily cut off times that may fluctuate without warning depending on various factors.
Peak Season:
- For orders needed on or before Christmas eve, orders must be placed before 2pm on the 18th of December having said this, it is peak season and there is no guarantee you order will make it on or before the 24th. The earlier the order is placed the better. Gift Wrap Solutions can not and will not be held liable for changes in courier lead times during peak season.
- Weekends/public holidays add to the time it takes couriers to deliver.
